Step 1: Go to Cydia.
Step 2: Tap the Search tab and type Rename.
Step 3: Select Icon Renamer and install it.
Step 4: Now go to the home screen, tap and hold an app until they're all shaking.
Step 5: Tap the app you wanna rename.
